The Robert C. Byrd Institute will offer a Maker Camp in July. Campers from middle school to high school age will have firsthand experience in 3D design, 3D printing, assembly, coding, soldering, basic electronics, electromagnetism and hydraulics. Campers will explore careers in manufacturing and technology as they tour a local business, startup or production facility.
Engaging activities introduce an entrepreneurial mindset and open eyes to new approaches and possibilities, building experience and confidence. A Maker Fest at the end of the week will give campers an opportunity to share their creations, and all they’ve learned, with you!
Don’t hesitate. Seating is limited.
