Biggest Loser Challenge

The Biggest Loser Challenge is back! January 8th-March 9th, this 9 week program is only $20 and includes 3 bootcamps a week, educational classes, meeting time with the personal trainer, and more! You will get the opportunity to try a variety of different types of training-yoga, weights, cross fit, self defense, running, and stretching and recovery. We will be bringing in health experts and professionals, to provide classes and assist with training, including some officers from the Charleston Police Department.
