Charleston parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. You can run or walk at your own pace, and everyone of all ages and abilities is welcome!

We meet at Magic Island Park at 8:00 am on Saturdays. Register for free at www.parkrun.us/register and bring your barcode.

We meet after parkrun at Mea Cuppa Coffee at 715 Bigley Avenue in Charleston's Elk City.
