Christmas themed lighted boats will line up behind the Womens and Childrens Hospital at the Elk River while the CPD and CFD will have vehicles out front of the Hospital for "The Lights of Love Event". The boats will depart the Elk River around 630PM and proceed up river via the McCorkle Avenue side of the river and turn around just past the capitol complex. The boats will then head down river via the Kananwha Boulevard side of the river to the Charleston water front. Everyone is welcome so please come out and join us. Toys for Tots drop off stations will be set up at the levee if you wish to donate!!
