Get in the holiday mood this Saturday at the Main Library’s Annual Holiday Open House. Activities for all ages are planned, beginning with some seasonal music performed by Dr. Mark Hornbaker and his Academy Kids. They will perform on the library plaza beginning at 9:40 a.m. while we wait for the Christmas Parade to pass by on Capitol Street. There will be cookies and punch on the first floor of the library following the parade. Santa and Mrs. Claus are making a special stop at our library in the Children’s Department from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Bring the whole family to meet them! Be sure to bring your camera and holiday wishes! There will also be refreshments and holiday crafts. All refreshments are provided courtesy of The Friends of the Library Foundation. All Ages.
