Sam says " I have been an artist since I discovered the desire to create as a child. I have primarily been working on wood and stone work to create these dimensional pieces and would say they represent a sense of connection to the world we inhabit. The characters express peaceful solitude within their surroundings."
All pieces are handcut and painted by the artist. He also cuts the marble and granite slabs to prepare the work for mounting.
