Nitro's Second Annual All-Horse Parade and Veterans' Recognition

The All-Horse Parade will honor and remember all women and horses who have served in the U.S. Military. The parade, which will start at noon, will include horses, ponies, donkeys, wagons, and sulkies competing in several categories for cash prizes. The parade will begin at Pickens Road, west of the railroad tracks on the northern end of Nitro.

For the second year, Nitro will provide special commemorative, limited edition coins to all veterans in attendance at the ceremony. Stephanie Stacy & the Aftermath will provide music.
