The University of Charleston Applied Computer Science program will offer a “Raspberry Jam” for tech enthusiasts on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. in the UC Ballroom (3rd floor, Geary Student Union building). 

The event is free and open to the public.

Attendees - from beginners to experienced makers – can discover the latest innovations, connect with like-minded individuals, and unleash their creativity with programs covering coding, robotics, electronics, gaming, and more. They can also explore the new Raspberry Pi 5 through exciting workshops, engaging talks, and hands-on projects.

West Virginia’s first Raspberry Pi Certified Educator, Brett White, will be at the event and will be available to discuss integrating computer science curriculum into existing courses with educators and parents.
