This time around, they will be working with and on Sam’s Uptown Café at the corner of Capitol and Virginia Streets. They will be creating a vibrant and melodically and artistically loud design celebrating ARTS and Culture in the downtown area. When finished it will be 55’X25’ mural visible from Virginia and Hale streets. During FESTIVALL the public is welcome to come, watch, witness, and even participate in the creation of this community-focused work.
