Sip and Savor - Ichiban

Sip and Savor at IchibanSeptember 20, 2020 at 6:00PM Join us in supporting the Clay Center AND local restaurants! Sip & Savor tastings will feature exclusive bourbons that aren’t easily found in West Virginia along with perfectly paired food from local chefs.Due to restrictions placed on public gatherings and social distancing guidelines, Sip & Savor 2020 will take place in separate events throughout September and October 2020. Friends of Clay is excited to partner with local restaurants and chefs to bring unique bourbon tasting and food pairing experiences in a safe and socially distanced way! Guests can select which tasting they will attend when purchasing on the Clay Center’s website. Spots are limited, so get your ticket while they last! Each tasting will also include a presentation and discussion on the featured bourbons and their history, given by a brand representative or local talent. All events will take place from 6:00 – 8:00PM. While making your ticket purchase, you will be prompted to list any additional guests in your party so we may do our best to seat you together. No physical tickets will be mailed.

Four customized food selections expertly chosen to pair with four E.H. Taylor bourbons – E.H. Taylor Small Batch, E.H. Taylor Single Barrel, E.H. Taylor Straight Rye, and E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof.


A specialty craft cocktail created by the restaurant.
Presentation and discussion on the featured bourbons and their history, given by local talent.
