The 34th Annual St. Albans Festival of Lights at St. Albans City Park  opens to vehicle traffic on November 25 and runs through December 23. They are closed for Christmas and Christmas Eve, with a final night on December 26. The event is free and open to the public; however, monetary or canned goods donations are always welcomed.
