The Teen and College Art Search: FestivALL’s Quest for Emerging Artists is an annual event produced by Charleston Town Center, which searches for the most visually artistic teens & college students, & showcases a selection of art work at the Town Center during FestivALL in June. Mediums include collage, drawing, painting, photography, graphic art, pen & ink, sculpture, textiles, stained glass and repurposed materials.
