St. Patrick's Day Single Barrel Bourbon:

Proof: 56% ABV or 112Pf

Price: $55.00 plus tax

With a 21% rye, 4% malted barley, and 75% corn mash bill, this bourbon has a nose of buttery toffee, black cherry, and toasted Crème Brulee. The creamy, soft nose leads to a rich, buttery mouthfeel with a pleasant amount of spice and heat one wants and expects with a 21% rye. The Maillardian flavors of caramel and butterscotch are balanced with an air of raisins, plum, and a smokey dark chocolate.
